The Bayelsa State Governor, Seriake Dickson has
officially unveils the Invest Bayelsa
website in Yenegoa, Bayelsa State.
Speaking during the State Banquet to mark the 6th Anniversary
of his Restoration Government, the Governor said the aim and objective of the
Invest Bayelsa is to bring the World to Bayelsa and taking Bayelsa to the
World.
“I assure investors of my full commitment to provide
a favorable investment climate” Governor Dickson said.
The Bayelsa Investment Promotion Agency was created
in 2012 by the Bayelsa State Government and has since been the linking point
between potential investors and the State Government since then. The agency is
responsible for the promotion of investment opportunities and providing
assistance to investors before, during and after the investment process.
Her mission is to drive investment generation and
provide investor facilitation and after care services, thereby contributing to
the sustainable economic growth and development of Bayelsa State while her
vision is to position and promote Bayelsa State as the preferred investment
destination in the Gulf of Guinea Region.

Wife of the Bayelsa State Governor, Dr (Mrs) Rachel Seriake Dickson,
Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, Rear Admiral Gboribiogha John Jonah (rtd),
Secretary to the State Government, Kemela Okara Esq, HRM King Alfred Diete-Spiff,
Senator Ibrahim Mantu among other dignitaries in attendant.
The Invest
Bayelsa has three section; Explore Bayelsa State, Explore Bayelsa's
Investment Opportunities and Explore the City of Yenogoa respectively.
