Governor Dickson Sign Four Bills Into Law

Edward, during the signing of 4 bills into law by the Governor, at the Executive Council Chambers, Government House, Yenagoa. The bills are: School of Midwifery Law, 2018; Primary Health Care Development Board Law, 2018; Physical Planning & Development (Amendment) Law, 2018; and the Compulsory Primary & Secondary Education Law, 2018.


Governor Seriake Dickson has today, 21st February signed four bills passed by the State House of Assembly into law.

The laws are:

1) School Of Midwifery Law 2018

2) Primary Health Care Development Board Law 2018.

3) Physical Planning And Development Amendment Law 2018 and

4) Compulsory Primary And Secondary Education Law 2018
